Privacy notice

This static site is run by papsbot for solo operators and small teams exploring workflow automation. We collect only what you send through the contact form and what our host needs for security.

Who this notice is for

If you contact us about automation or supervised AI assistants, this notice describes what happens to the information you submit. It is not legal advice; if you need formal compliance documentation for your industry, ask your own adviser.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we receive:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your message and any readiness-check result you choose to include
  • Technical metadata processed by our host (Cloudflare), such as IP address and request headers, for abuse prevention and delivery

We do not ask for production passwords, payment card numbers, or full customer databases in the form. Sensitive setup, if we work together, happens in an agreed channel after scoping.

How the contact flow works

  1. Your browser sends the form to our site, hosted on Cloudflare (Pages and related edge services).
  2. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile may check that the submission looks human; it can set cookies or use similar signals for that purpose.
  3. A serverless function on the same stack validates the submission and, in production when configured, sends a notification email through Resend to our inbox.
  4. We read and reply by email — there is no customer login area on this site.

If notification delivery is misconfigured or temporarily unavailable, your message might not reach us even though the form appeared to submit. If you do not hear back within a few business days, try submitting the contact form again later. Do not paste passwords or credentials into retries.

Why we use your data

To respond to your enquiry, scope whether automation is worth it, and follow up on any engagement we agree in writing. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising on this site.

Processors

We rely on these providers to operate the site and contact flow:

  • Cloudflare — static hosting, CDN, security, and optional Turnstile bot protection
  • Resend — transactional email delivery for form notifications when enabled in production

Their privacy policies apply to how they handle infrastructure data. We choose providers with a sensible security posture but do not control their systems.

Retention

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation and any follow-on work we agree, then deleted or anonymised unless we have a reasonable reason to keep them longer (for example a continuing project or a legal request we must comply with).

Cookies and analytics

This site does not load third-party analytics scripts. Theme preference may be stored in your browser (localStorage). Turnstile may set cookies when it is enabled on the contact form.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the UK, EU, or certain US states), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Use the contact form and include “Privacy request” in your message. We will respond in plain language; we cannot promise outcomes we are not legally required to provide.

Changes

We may update this notice when the site or contact flow changes; the date at the top will change when we do. Questions: use the contact form.
